Head of Marketing

      About The Job

      As a Head of Marketing, you will create a marketing plan that is tied to the overall vision of the company as well as the annual and quarterly growth targets. You will play a key role in building the brand, lead generation, advertising/pr, and sales, product, and customer enablement materials needed. You will also manage a team made up of full-time and contract resources. Our ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic marketing skills & management experience as well as the ability and desire to execute work. Additionally, you must have strong analytical skills as well as marketing planning and budgeting experience. Attributes that will help you be successful in this role are excellent communication skills (verbal and written), strong organizational and executional skills, creativity, curiosity, ability to learn new technologies, and ability to influence stakeholders inside and outside of the organization.

      Your Key Responsibilities

      • Works with Head of Growth to create Annual and Quarterly plans to hit revenue targets
      • Builds Annual and Quarterly Marketing Road Map to support growth
      • Owns marketing budget and budget reporting
      • Accountable for reaching demand gen targets 
      • Brand owner
      • Builds content strategy and plan that supports growth revenue targets
      • Accountable for generating inbound marketing content including thought leadership
      • Accountable for generating and maintaining sales, product, and customer enablement content
      • Accountable for advertising campaigns
      • Works with Head of Growth to build Event Strategy for the year 
      • Accountable for Event Marketing execution
      • Selects and manages vendors needed to augment the team’s reach for the annual plan
      • Manages in-house marketing resources
      • Manages in-bound PR requests/Manages out-bound PR as needed
      • Manages strategic marketing partnerships/influencer partnerships
      • Oversees marketing projects - beginning to end

      Required Qualifications

      • Demonstrate a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, showcasing your passion for driving business growth.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
      • Navigate computer skills with ease, including proficiency in Google Docs, PowerPoint, Slack, Sheets, HubSpot and other basic business platforms.
      • Work autonomously, in a remote setting, demonstrating your ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Prior experience in marketing leadership roles
      • Experience managing a marketing budget successfully
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
      • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
      • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills. 
      • Experience using HubSpot CRM.
      • Experience in healthcare marketing
      • Experience with early stage and growth stage companies scaling in digital healthcare technology.
