Head of Product

      About The Job

      As a Head of Product, you will be responsible for overseeing the product development process and making sure our products achieve our long-term business and impact objectives. You will own the product roadmap, lead a team, and ensure that our product remains innovative and competitive. 

      Our ideal candidate has a proven ability to expertly lead a product team through the entire product lifecycle and an eagerness to actively engage in hands-on tasks when necessary. 

      Your Key Responsibilities

      • Provide visionary leadership and technical guidance to establish and expand the engineering team, refining processes, and bolstering capabilities.

      • Develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's vision and goals.

      • Operates as a leader while also fulfilling the role of a Product Manager, taking a hands-on approach to product development, prioritization, writing user stories and execution.

      • Collaborate closely with the engineering, design, and sales teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality product releases.

      • Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and gather insights to identify customer needs and opportunities for product enhancements.

      • Define and measure key product metrics to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.

      • Drive the full product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch and post-launch evaluation.

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.

      • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in VR, immersive learning, AI technologies, ensuring the company's product offerings remain innovative and competitive.

      Required Qualifications

      • Demonstrated expertise as a Head of Product or in a comparable leadership role, preferably within a dynamic startup environment.
      • Proven track record in developing and scaling a product from inception to maturity. 
      • Robust business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align product initiatives with business objectives.
      • Proven experience crafting exceptional product experiences for B2B and B2C SaaS.
      • Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with the capability to inspire and energize cross-functional teams.
      • Experience in liaising across onshore and offshore development teams.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
      • A genuine passion for shaping the future of healthcare and making the world a better place.

      Job Compensation & Benefits

      • $150k-$200k/year, commensurate with previous experience.
