      Embodied Labs is on the lookout for a talented Business Development Representative to be a key player in our Embodied Labs Growth Team. This role goes beyond traditional sales positions, focusing on achieving or exceeding sales quotas, managing contract renewals, and supporting groundbreaking marketing strategies.       As part of the EL Growth Team the Business Development Representative will function as a sales intake representative managing the pipeline while booking new business, renewing existing contracts, and supporting marketing strategies.  The position reports to the Chief Growth Officer and will function as part of a collaborative sales and marketing team.

      Your Key Responsibilities

      • Achieve or surpass sales targets by proactively engaging with potential clients, managing the pipeline, and ensuring customer satisfaction through contract renewals.
      • Work closely with our collaborative sales and marketing team to execute innovative marketing campaigns and contribute to the success of strategic programs.
      • Maintain a solid understanding of our products, enabling you to field incoming product inquiries and conduct successful sales demonstrations and presentations.
      • Ensure HubSpot data integrity by accurately recording interactions, updating lead statuses, and routing deals according to established policies.
      • Deliver and process sales contracts, documents, and forms efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience.

      You'll be successful in your role if you have:

      • 5+ years of effective sales and account management experience with a proven track record of success generating new client bookings.
      • Broad understanding of the healthcare industry.
      • Direct experience selling to senior services, home care providers, health systems, payors, academia or government health entities.
      • Self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous learning and improvement.
      • Demonstrated “hunter mentality” to drive business expansion.
      • Must be metrics-driven and results-oriented.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Strong networking and relationship building skills.
      • Experience with account management using a CRM (HubSpot preferred)

      Required Qualifications

      • Demonstrate a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, showcasing your passion for driving business growth.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
      • Navigate computer skills with ease, including proficiency in Google Docs, PowerPoint, Slack, Sheets, HubSpot and other basic business platforms.
      • Work autonomously, in a remote setting, demonstrating your ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

       

      Preferred Qualifications

      • 1-3 years of demonstrated sales success
      • Understanding of the healthcare environment 
      • Experience in technology sales
      • Familiarity with one or more Embodied Labs verticals (government, academia, senior services, home care, health plans)

      Job Compensation & Benefits

      • 60k-75k annual base salary, commensurate with previous experience, plus uncapped performance-based commission and target-based bonuses.
